When should I contact you to book my newborn session?

I HIGHLY recommend contacting me during your pregnancy to start the booking process. A 50% non-refundable retainer fee of the total (plus tax) is required to book. The retainer fee will go towards your session and will place your due date on my calendar. Although I make every effort to fit in last-minute newborn session requests, my schedule fills up quickly and it can sometimes be difficult to do so. Once you are on my calendar, you will be given priority after your baby arrives and I will be sure to schedule your session within 15 days postpartum. If your baby has already been born and is under 15 days old, I still encourage you to contact me and inquire about a session, as I do try to accommodate each newborn inquiry whenever possible.

Why must the session be done when baby is 7 to 15 days old?

Your newborn changes from day to day! Your baby won't be the same looking baby in two or three weeks from when they were born! So I suggest we have the session within the 7 to 15 days. Also, so they can still be nice and sleepy and easily posed.

The details

Your session is completely customizable. You have full access to my wraps, props, headbands, and more in a variety of colors. I allow clients to come up with their set up look. Siblings and parents can be added or baby can be photographed alone.
